Our Approach
At Revital Chiropractic & Wellness, we go beyond quick fixes. Our care starts with a thorough exam to identify the root cause of your pain and create a treatment plan that supports your long-term health.
We combine modern chiropractic, soft tissue work, rehab, and evidence-based tools like shockwave therapy, cupping, and acupuncture, only when clinically necessary. Using movement-based systems like FRC and DNS, we help retrain how your body moves so relief lasts.
No cookie-cutter care. Just thoughtful, personalized treatment designed to help you move better, feel better, and stay better.

A plan of care is provided to patients who graduate from acute care so that you learn to manage your condition to continue feeling great.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is a natural, non-surgical, and drug-free treatment that focuses on adjusting restricted joints in the spine and extremities. These restrictions can result from poor posture, trauma, or muscle imbalances. This is the familiar “snap, crackle, pop” aspect of chiropractic that restores motion, relieves tension, and enhances overall function. Adjustments are a key component of our holistic treatments.

Functional Range Release (FR®) Technique
The Functional Range Release technique is an advanced system for assessing, treating, and rehabilitating soft tissue. Used by top professionals around the globe—including the Cubs, Nike athletes, and the Los Angeles Lakers—FR® Release evaluates movement and function, offering targeted treatment for lasting results.

McKenzie Method (MDT)
The McKenzie Method is a globally recognized system used to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including back, neck, and extremity pain. It’s especially beneficial for issues like sciatica, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, arthritis, and degenerative disc disease, offering long-term relief and improved mobility.

Cupping & Taping
Cupping and elastic therapeutic taping are powerful tools for promoting fluid movement, enhancing posture, relieving nerve entrapments, and addressing scar tissue.
Taping supports circulation, reduces pain, and improves body awareness by “taping movement, not muscles,” allowing your body to heal even while you stay active.
Cupping Therapy, though thousands of years old, gained widespread attention during the 2016 Summer Olympics. This technique applies decompressive force to the skin and fascia, easing pain and improving mobility through better fascial glide.

Prenatal Chiropractic Care
Dr. Adams is certified in Webster Technique, a specialized approach through the ICPA for supporting patients throughout their pregnancy journey. This gentle and safe technique focuses on aligning the sacrum and surrounding structures, which can be impacted during pregnancy, ensuring optimal comfort and function.

Acupuncture
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture uses needle insertion along the body’s meridians to influence fascial planes, balance energy flow, and promote whole-body health. It’s an effective, holistic way to enhance recovery and overall wellness.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate healing in damaged tissues. Commonly used for stubborn conditions like plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and rotator cuff injuries, it promotes blood flow, breaks up scar tissue, and speeds recovery at the cellular level. Whether you're an athlete dealing with overuse injuries or someone managing chronic pain, this therapy offers fast, effective results without surgery or downtime.

Functional Rehab
Movement dysfunction is often a key factor in pain and poor performance. Dr. Adams creates custom exercise programs designed to correct these movement patterns, improving durability and redefining your overall health. These exercises work to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.
